Support Services
We support people to seek information, clarification and make representation to a wide variety of agencies and organisations, statutory and C&V e.g. housing authorities, employment support agencies, information providers, funders of social services, service providers, families, community groups etc. This support, information and advocacy is crucial in:
- Building confidence
- Enhancing skills,
- Challenging discrimination
- Systemic problems
- Building trust
- Developing independence
As a self-representative organisation we are committed to supporting fellow disabled people to achieve a rightful place in society. Through our work locally we are developing expertise, knowledge and confidence in disabled people.
